Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Before the order is out for delivery, you may cancel your order by providing us your order no. and reason for cancellation through E-mail/ WhatsApp. 


Orders rejected upon delivery: 

There will be no refunds given for an order rejected upon delivery. 


Return for refund and/or Exchange Policy: 


Orders/products will be eligible for return for refund and/or exchanged only in case of: 

  • Expired order/products received 
  • Damaged (during transit)/ faulty order/products received 
  • Wrong order/products received 


In above circumstances, you may apply for a refund or exchange of products of the same value.

Customer shall receive their exchange/return product within 5-7 business working days. 

The refund will be processed and credited within 4-5 business working days. 

You must apply for a return for refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order/product. 


Kindly make a video while unpacking the order, check all products thoroughly and products found damaged in such an uncut/unedited video can be claimed for refunds/exchanges. 



Steps to initiate an exchange/return for refund: 

Drop us a mail at contact@fetchpetproducts.in with your order no., details of the products, at least 2 pictures of the damaged product/order and an uncut/unedited unpacking video of the order. 



We do not accept exchange/ refund for return claims on the following product categories: 


  1. Clothes 
  2. Animal Beds/Mattresses 
  3. Animal huts & tents


Return/exchange claims will not be entertained in case the products are used/ damaged/ dirty or packaging is destroyed/open/dirty.
